     You can make your reservations easily and quickly through Mene Hotels official website or call center. Our payment methods and flexibility options are as follows.
     You can create your reservation by choosing the payment plan that suits you.

     If you are sure that you cannot change your accommodation dates, the "Prepaid Price" type is for you.
     If your holiday program is not finalized, but you have chosen the hotel where you will stay and want to book the dates you want, the "Semi-Flexible Price" type is more suitable for you.
     If your holiday program is not finalized but you still want to take advantage of the early booking period, you can book your room by taking advantage of the early booking discount with the "Flexible Rate" type.

     1-PREPAID RATE
     It has the most affordable price on our site. The total amount is charged at the time of booking. No change or cancellation is possible after the reservation is confirmed. No refund can be requested. If the reservation is not used, a penalty is applied to the entire amount charged.
     

     2 SEMI-FLEXIBLE PRICE
     The price is slightly higher than the prepaid rate. Only the first night is charged at the time of booking. The remaining amount of the reservation is paid to the hotel upon check-in. In case of cancellation after the reservation has been confirmed, the first night amount is not refundable. Once the reservation is confirmed, changes are possible up to 14 days before the check-in date. In case of change, the remaining amount is paid to the hotel upon check-in. In case of reservation changes, the current price and conditions apply.

     3-FLEX PRICE
     It has the highest price on our site. Credit card information is taken at the reservation stage. No prepayment is taken. The total amount is paid to the hotel upon check-in. Changes or cancellations are possible up to 7 days before check-in and no penalty is applied. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the first night will be charged.

     Payment options:
     For reservations made through our website, online payment by Visa or MasterCard credit card is possible.
For reservations made through our call center, it is possible to pay by Visa or MasterCard credit card by dialing the card information over the phone. It is also possible to pay online with Visa or MasterCard credit card via the link that will be sent to you.

For reservations made through our call center, it is possible to pay by Bank Transfer.

 

     Important Note:
     For all payments by Visa or MasterCard credit card, your credit card must be open to international payments, online payments, mail-order payments and must be included in the 3D Secure Code application. You can contact your bank for detailed information and changes.
     For all your payments by Bank Transfer; you can easily make your payment with the information in the temporary booking confirmation that will be sent to your e-mail. The reservation owner is responsible for the accuracy and responsibility of the information provided at the reservation stage.
